Returns and complaints

Returns

The Purchaser may resign from the goods bought in our shop without giving a reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. This is possible when the product has not been used, is complete and has not been damaged in any way. The returned goods should be sent together with the received proof of purchase to the address specified below. The shop guarantees a refund equal to the price of the goods. The money shall be refunded within 14 working days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer. The cost of returning the goods shall not be refundable.

Complaints about steel tools

If the customer finds physical defects after receiving the goods, he/she shall send the goods to the address specified below. The Shop shall not accept a collection order delivery.
The tools return costs shall be refunded by the shop immediately after receiving the parcel and considering the complaint. A copy of the proof of purchase and a description of the reason for the complaint shall be attached to the returned product

All complaints are dealt with within 14 working days of their receipt. After a positive consideration of the complaint, the goods shall be replaced with a new full-value product, and if it is impossible (for example due to stock shortages), the shop shall refund the buyer the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer other products available in the shop.
