Returns and complaints

Returns

The buyer may cancel the goods purchased in our shop without stating a reason within 30 days from the day of receipt. This is possible if the goods have not been used, are complete and have not been damaged in any way. Returned goods should be sent back together with the proof of purchase received with it to the address indicated below. The shop guarantees the return of an amount equal to the price of the goods. The money will be refunded within 14 working days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer. The cost of sending the goods back is not refundable.

Steel tool complaints

If the customer finds physical defects in the goods after receiving them, they should send them back to the address indicated below. The shop does not accept any items sent back cash on delivery.
The shop will reimburse the costs of sending back the returned tools immediately after receiving the parcel and processing the complaint. The returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase and a description of the reason for the complaint.

All complaints are dealt with within 14 working days of receipt. If the complaint is accepted, the goods will be exchanged for a new, full-quality one or, if this is not possible (for example, because stocks have run out), the shop will refund the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer a choice of other products available in the shop.
